After rafting take a leisurely boat cruise along the Klias River with scenic view of forests which inhabit the curious-looking Proboscis Monkey.
0830 hrs
Depart from your hotel in Kota Kinabalu and proceed to Kiulu river located at Tamparuli area.
(journey takes 1 ½ - 2 hours drive)
1000 hrs
Arrive at the starting point. Safety briefing will be given by Riverbug professional river guide and signing of Liability Release form.
1030 hrs
Rafting commences.
Excursion takes about 2 hours to the ending point.
1230 hrs
Arrive at ending point.
Freshen-up and ready for buffet lunch.
1330 hrs
Depart for Garama river
1630 hrs
Arrive at Garama river and start the river cruise for 1 hour and 45 minutes in search of Proboscis Monkey and other wildlife along the riverbank.
1800 hrs
Buffet dinner will be served among the glittering lanterns that light up the area.
1900 hrs
Catch glimpses of fireflies slowly lighting up and decorating the mangrove trees (if weather permits).
1930 hrs
End of tour. Along your way to the coach, you will be accompanied by the crickets happily singing to wish you safely home.
2130 hrs
