  1. Participants must be physically fit, as this tour is for those who love adventures.
  2. It is advisable for guests to wear “ready-to-go rafting attire.”
  3. Do not bring too many belongings or valuable items such as jewellery. (Recommended: 5-liter dry bag)
  4. We advise you to wear strap sandals or sports shoes.
  5. Kindly wear dark or other colours besides white for the rafting activities.
  6. For safety reasons, please ensure your fingernails are trimmed and remove any fake nails before rafting.
  7. A liability release form must be signed and understood by the participants before the tour commences.
  8. The minimum age for Padas Rafting is 12 years old and above.
  9. Please let us know if you have any dietary requests, e.g., vegetarian or food allergies.
  10. You may purchase photos right after the tour (subject to availability).
  11. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the tour, or no refund will be entertained, unless the tour cannot proceed (e.g., heavy rain). The tour will be postponed or payment will be refunded.
There may be a possibility that the tour will be cancelled on the morning of your activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., landslide, sudden railway track maintenance, train breakdown, or bad weather conditions). Activities may be rescheduled to best meet operational requirements as well as clients’ health and safety. Alternatively, you may change your activity to Kiulu White Water Rafting (Grade I–II), where a refund will be given based on the price difference between the programmes. If you decide not to proceed with either alternative, a full refund will be given. We will stay at Rayoh for 5-10 minutes

YOUR RAFTING ADVENTURE BEGINS. THE JOURNEY SPAN ROUGHLY 10KM AND TAKES BETWEEN 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES TO 2 HOURS-DEPENDING ON THE WATER LEVEL.
